ClipMind uses AI and automation to help process video, audio, text, editing plans, and voice previews. Some features may call third-party model, speech, transcription, vision, embedding, storage, or voice services.

This page supplements the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Third-Party AI Services

ClipMind may route uploaded files, extracted frames, audio, transcripts, prompts, generated text, voice samples, generated audio, or generated assets to external AI or cloud providers only as needed to operate product features such as:

These providers are independent services. Their availability, model behavior, latency, output quality, safety filters, supported regions, and terms may change. ClipMind does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the behavior, outputs, or practices of third-party AI providers.

No Model Training

ClipMind does not use your uploaded content, project data, voice samples, transcripts, or prompts to train, fine-tune, or improve the underlying third-party AI foundation models or large language models. Your content is processed transiently for the sole purpose of providing the Service features you request.

If this policy changes in the future, ClipMind will notify you and obtain any legally required consent before using your content for model training.

AI Output Limits

AI-generated or AI-assisted results can be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, biased, or unsuitable for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, distributing, or relying on them.

ClipMind does not guarantee that generated scripts, transcripts, detections, labels, narration, edits, summaries, or exports will be error-free.

The Service is not designed for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or other regulated professional decisions. Do not rely on ClipMind outputs as the sole basis for decisions that may affect rights, health, safety, employment, credit, housing, insurance, education, or similarly significant matters.

Per-Feature Limitations

Content Moderation

ClipMind may use automated tools and AI-based filters to screen User Content for violations of our Acceptable Use Policy, including prohibited content such as NSFW material, CSAM, hate speech, and other restricted categories. Automated moderation is not perfect and may produce false positives or false negatives. We reserve the right to review flagged content manually and to refuse processing, remove content, or suspend accounts for policy violations.

User Content and Consent

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, process, edit, clone voices from, synthesize, transform, or publish any content you provide to ClipMind.

Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, private without authorization, non-consensual, exploitative, or otherwise prohibited by the Terms of Service.

If you use voice cloning, face, likeness, identity, or similar features, you must have valid permission from the relevant person and provide any disclosures required by law, platform rules, or contracts.

You acknowledge that AI processing is an automated, non-human process. ClipMind's AI systems do not understand content in the way humans do, and you should not attribute human-like understanding, intent, or judgment to AI outputs.

AI Bias and Fairness

AI models may reflect biases present in their training data, which can include stereotypes, cultural biases, or representation gaps. AI outputs may not be inclusive, equitable, or appropriate for all audiences, cultures, or contexts. You should evaluate outputs for bias before using them in sensitive or public-facing applications.

Human Review

ClipMind may allow limited human access to project data or AI processing records only where necessary for support requested by you, security, debugging, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or internal operations under confidentiality obligations.

ClipMind does not routinely review User Content manually. Human access is restricted, logged, and subject to confidentiality and data protection obligations.

Regulatory Compliance

Certain jurisdictions may impose specific requirements for AI-generated content, including disclosure obligations, labeling requirements, risk assessment (e.g., EU AI Act), and prohibitions on certain high-risk AI uses. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable AI regulations in your jurisdiction when using the Service and when publishing or distributing AI-generated outputs.

ClipMind's features are not designed for use cases that would qualify as "high-risk AI systems" under the EU AI Act or similar regulatory frameworks. Do not use the Service for high-risk AI applications without independent legal advice and compliance measures.
